Managers and administrators can view the results of completed talent reviews via:
1. Click on 'Evaluations'.
2. Click on 'Talent reviews'.
3. You can switch between grid and table by clicking of these 'icons'.
Grid
In the Grid we show the dimensions with the employees plotted. The tertiary dimension shows as colored spheres on the profile photos of the employees.
An individual grid can be clicked, this will open the context on the right with more information about the grid. The grid is always a combination of a score on the primary and secondary dimensions.
Table
The data in the table can still be aggregated per employee, team, manager and position.
