On the 'Insights' page, you can find various overviews regarding the usage of Diaog within your organization. In this article, you can read what you can see in the evaluation overview.
Circle diagrams
On this page, you see three different circle diagrams which give insights into the status of the evalutions.
Self-evaluation
By 'Self-evaluation' we mean an evaluation that employees write about themselves. In this diagram you can see the amount and the percentage of the self evaluations that have been finished.
By clicking on 'View pending', you can sort the overview so that it will show the pending self-evaluations first.
Evaluation
By 'Evaluation' we mean the evaluation that reviewers fill in about their employees. In this diagram you can see the amount and the percentage of evaluations that reviewers have written.
By clicking on 'View pending', you can sort the overview so that it will show the pending evalutions first.
Completed
By 'Completed' we mean the evaluations that have been written and are already closed. In this diagram you can see the amount and the percentage of evaluations that have been completed.
Evaluation overview
In this section, you find an overview of the evaluations. When you click on an evaluation, you can see which employees are involved and who have already written the evaluation. You are able to filter this overview it is easier to find certain evaluations. Moreover, you can group the overview and export it as a CSV file. You are able to perform the following actions:
1. You can filter on a cycle or an evaluation moment. As a result, only the evaluations of that particular cylce or moment will be shown in the overview.
2. You can filter on teams. As a result, only the evaluations of those particular teams will be shown in the overview.
3. When your organization utilizes spontaneous evaluations, you are able to schedule an evaluation with an employee here.
4. You can group the overview. You are able to group by employees, teams, or reviewers.
5. You can export the data of the whole organization as a CSV file. You can open this file in Excel which allows you to easily share the contents of this page with others within your organization.
