You can link fixed goals to positions. This means that for an employee with this position, this fixed goal will be created by default. Creating a fixed goal consists of 2 steps:
Step 1: Creating the goal for the position
Step 2: Actually generating the fixed goals
In this article, you can read how you link fixed goals to a position, and consequently, how you generate these goals for the employees with the concerning position.
Pay attention: When you generate a fixed goal, you are not able to undo this action. Fixed goals will be created for all employees with positions that have fixed goals linked to them.
Step 1: Creating the goal for the position
1. Click on 'Management'.
2. Click on 'Positions'.
3. Click on the position that you want to create a fixed goal for.
4. Click on 'Responsibilities'.
5. Click on 'Add responsibility'.
6. Name the fixed goal and add a discription if desirable.
7. Then, check the box that says 'Fixed goal'.
8. Click on 'Add'.
Now you have linked a fixed goal to a position. Consequently, you still have to generate the fixed goal so it is actually created for the employees with the concerning position.
Step 2: Actually generating the fixed goals
9. Click on 'Management'.
10. Click on 'Review cycles'.
11. Click on the active review cycle.
12. Click on the three dots.
13. Click on 'Generate fixed goals'.
Now a screen pops up which shows for which position(s) you create fixed goals and what those goals are.
14. Finally, click on 'Generate goals'.
