What can I see in the Feedback overview (Insights tab)?

On the 'Insights' page, you can find various overviews regarding the usage of Diaog within your organization. In this article, you can read about how to interpret the various overviews and diagrams regarding feedback.

Circle diagrams

On this page you can see three circle diagrams which give you statistics regarding asked, given, and received feedback.

Feedback requested

In this diagram, you can see how many employees have requested feedback. The number within the diagram indicates how many employees have requested feedback at least once in the selected period. Beneath this number, you can see what percentage of the total amount of employees this is.

Feedback given

In this diagram, you can see how many employees have given feedback. The number within the diagram indicates how many employese have given feedback at least once in the selected period. Beneath this number, you can see what percentage of the total amount of employees this is.

Feedback received

In this diagram, you can see how many employees have recieved feedback. The number within the diagram indicates how many employees have received feedback at least once in the selected period. Beneath this number, you can see what percentage of the total amount of employees this is.

Feedback overview

In this section, you can find more specific overviews and statistics regarding feedback. You can set the overview in two different ways, and as a result, it will show different statistics.

1. You can make the overview show how many employees of the total amount of employees have asked, given, and obtained feedback. You can do this by clicking on the three-user icon.

2. You can make the overview show the total amount of times that feedback has been asked, given, and obtained. You can do this by clicking on the speech balloons.

Within this section, you are able to apply filters so you can find overviews and statistics in a more directed way, you can group the overview, and you can export the overview to a CSV file. You are able to peform the following actions:

3. You can choose to filter on a cylce or on a self-selected period. This means that the diagrams and tables show statistics regarding the selected cylce or period only.

4. You can choose to filter on teams. This means that the diagrams and tables show statistics regarding the employees from the selected teams only. 

5. You can also choose to filter on functions. This means that the diagrams and tables show statistics regarding the employees with the selected functions only.

6. You can choose to group the overview. You are able to group on teams, functions, managers, or employees. When you unfold a team/function, you can see the employees from that team or with that function and the statistics of the individual employees.

7. You can export the data of the whole organization as a CSV file. You can open this file in Excel which allows you to easily share the contents of this page with others within your organization.
