1. Click on 'Management'.
2. Click on 'Competencies'.
3. Click on 'Content'
4. Click on '+ New competency'.
Fill in the blanks:
- Name your competency
- Give the competence a description (optional)
- Indicate whether the competence has multiple levels (+ add level) (optional)
- Add behaviors (optional) - Which behaviors are associated with this competency?
5. When you have finished filling in the fields, click on 'Save competency'.
Does your organization have job-specific competencies and do you want an employee to see these competencies reflected in Dialog? Do not forget to link the competencies to the right position.
