How do I use my team dashboard?

As a supervisor you are able to see an overview of your employees. You can find this overview by going to the tab 'Team' and sub-tab 'Dashboard'. On this page you can see if your employees have defined a personal plan, if you have approved the plan already, how the teamgoals are coming along, and if there are evaluations that still need to be completed.

Employee overview

You can use this page to ensure that all of your employees have done their tasks in Dialog. We help you with by show a badge at the employees that still have some actions to do in Dialog. When you hover your mouse over the badge, it tells you what the employee is still required to do. The badge could indicate that an employee has not yet registered for Dialog, has not defined a personal plan, or still has pending evaluations. When employees have no badges assigned to their name, this means that they do not have any actions they are required to do and their Dialog page is therefore up to date!

When you click on the name of an employee, you are directed to his or her goal page. In this way you directly have insights in the personal plan of that employee and you could write a comment or give feedback.

Activities in your team

To gain insights in the activities of your employees we created an activity sidebar. When you open it, you can see the activity of your employees. When you click on an activity, you are directly send to the relevant page to see more details. You are also able to filter the sidebar on activity regarding goals, activity regarding feedback, or conversation notes. This will make it even easier to see how your team is using Dialog.

Sorting the overview

To conclude, you can also sort the employee overview in order so you can easily manage this page and check how your employees are doing:

  • Most active: when you sort the overview on most active, the employees who have most recently logged in to Dialog will show first in the overview.
  • Least active: when you sort the overview on least active, the employees who have not yet registered or logged in the longest time ago will show first in the overview. Read here where you can find an elaborate overview regarding the activity of your employees.
  • Pending plans: when you sort the overview on pending plans, the employees who have not yet defined their personal plan will show first in the overview.
  • Open evaluations: when you sort the overview on open evaluations, the employees who still have pending evaluations will show first. Read here where you can find an elaborate evaluation overview.
