On the 'Insight' tab you find various overviews regarding the use of Dialog in the teams that you supervise. In order to see how frequent the feedback functionality is being used, you go to the tab 'Insight' and sub tab 'Feedback'.
In this article we explain how you can read the different diagrams and overviews regarding the use of feedback in your team(s).
Circle Diagrams
On this page you find three circle diagrams which give you statisctics regarding the use of feedback by the employees that you supervise.
Feedback requested
This diagram shows you the number of employees that have requested feedback at least once during the selected period.
Feedback given
This diagram shows you the number of employees that have given feedback at least once during the selected period.
Feedback received
This diagram shows you the number of employees that have received feedback at least once during the selected period.
Feedback overview (list overview)
The diagrams above give you insight in how many employees have requested, given, or received feedback at least once. It is of course useful to know which employees have done this and how many times. You can see this in the list overview below the diagrams. You are able to sort this overview so you can easily see who have used the feedback functionality a lot and who have not.
- Display of the overview: by default the list displays the employees. Do you supervise multiple teams? Then it can be useful to set the display of the overview on 'Team'. Now you can see and compare how much feedback is being used in each team. You can also change the display to 'Position' in order to see how much feedback is being used by employees with a certain position.
- Searching for employees: are you curious about the feedback use of a certain employee? Then you can search for that employee by writing his or her name in the search field.
- Sorting on 'Feedback requested': by clicking on 'Feedback requested' at the top of the list, the employees who have requested feedback the most will show first in the overview. By clicking a second time on it, the employees who have requested feedback the least will show first.
- Sorting on 'Feedback given': by clicking on 'Feedback given' at the top of the list, the employees who have given the most feedback will show first in the overview. When you click on it a second time, the employees who have given feedback the least will show first.
- Sorting on 'Feedback received': by clicking on 'Feedback received' at the top of the list, the employees who have received the most feedback will show first in the overview. When you click on it a second time, the employees who have received feedback the least will show first.
Filtering the page
You can manipulate the data on this page by using certain filters. You can even use multiple filters simoultaneously. You have the following filter options:
- Period: you can filter on a cycle or select a period. Then the overviews will show data about the selected cycle or period. In this way you could, for example, check how many feedback has been given in the last two months.
- Teams: if you manage multiple teams, you can filter on one or more teams. Then the overviews will show data regarding the selected team(s).
- Positions: finally, you can also filter on specific functions. Then all the overviews will show data regarding the selected function(s).
