Circle diagrams
On this page you see three circle diagrams. These diagrams provide insight into the scores of Engagement, Enablement, and employee participation.
Engagement
The Engagement score is calculated based on all the answers given to the questions associated with Engagement, therefore providing the degree of involvement of the employees. This is a score from 0 to 100.
Enablement
The Enablement score is calculated based on all the answers given to the questions associated with Enablement. Enablement provides insight into the extent to which employees feel supported. This is a score from 0 to 100.
Participation
This provides insight into the number of employees who answered the questions. You can see both the number and the percentage of respondents.
In-depth insight
In addition to the circle diagrams, you also have a list overview. Here you see the scores regarding specific themes and questions. This gives you in-depth insights as you can see the scores per theme or question.
In the right columns you see the Engagement and Enablement score, and participation for the specific main themes. You can click on a main theme to see the scores for the sub-themes that are associated with that main theme. You can even see the scores per question by clicking on a subtheme.
Filters
In order to search for specific insights and results, we provide the ability to apply filters. You can apply the following filters:
1. Survey: here you can select the survey(s) for which you want to see the results.
2. Period: you can select a period here for which you want to see the results.
3. Teams: here you can select the team(s) whose results you want to see. When you select one or more teams here, the results of the employees from only those teams will be shown.
4. Functions: here you can select the function(s) whose results you want to see. If you select one or more functions here, then the results of the employees with only that specific function(s) will be shown.
