When filling in an engagement survey, you can write an explanation for each question. Managers and the internal administrator(s) can view your answers anonymously and respond to them. When they place a comment on one of your answers, you will receive an e-mail. When you log in to Dialog, you will see your own answers and the reaction. By clicking on 'Reply' below the answer, you can react to the other person's response.
Because all results are anonymous, the person you chat does not know to whom they are sending a message.
