How do I request a new password?

Have you forgotten the password to your Dialog account? By going to the login page, you can request a new password by following the steps below:

1. Click on 'Forgot password?'


2. Enter the email address to your account and click 'send'. Are you not sure which email address is linked to your Dialog account? Then contact the Dialog administrator within your organization.


You will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.

Note: You can only request a new password, if you have previously been logged in to Dialog. Read here what you can do if you have not yet received an invitation.
