What does someone see when I ask for feedback?

A feedback giver only sees what you have asked him or her. If you ask someone for feedback, they will receive an email, asking them to give you feedback. This e-mail contains your personal message and the goals/competencies or questionnaire you have selected.

If the feedback giver clicks on the 'Give feedback' button in the email, a screen opens where the person can give feedback. Below an example of what this screen looks like.

You can also provide feedback via Dialog using the ‘Me’ and ‘Feedback’ tabs.

  1. Under the ‘Me’ tab, click on ‘Feedback’
  2. Click on ‘Given’
At the top of the page, you’ll see the open feedback requests that you can still complete for your colleague.
  3. Click on the ‘Give feedback’ button to complete the request.
