A feedback giver only sees what you have asked him or her. If you ask someone for feedback, they will receive an email, asking them to give you feedback. This e-mail contains your personal message and the goals/competencies or questionnaire you have selected.
If the feedback giver clicks on the 'Give feedback' button in the email, a screen opens where the person can give feedback. Below an example of what this screen looks like.
You can also provide feedback via Dialog using the ‘Me’ and ‘Feedback’ tabs.
- Under the ‘Me’ tab, click on ‘Feedback’
- Click on ‘Given’
At the top of the page, you’ll see the open feedback requests that you can still complete for your colleague. - Click on the ‘Give feedback’ button to complete the request.
