How do I manage organisational goals?

In this article we are going to show you how you can add a new organisational goal, modify an organisational goal and where you have an overview of all your organisational goals. 

All organisational goals in one overview and add a new goal

Note: An organization goal can be added on different places in the platform. We will show you the most efficient way to add a goal. 

1. Click on 'Management'

2. Click on 'Content'.

3. Click on 'Organisational goals'

On this page you have an overview off all the active organisational and team goals. The organisational goals are always at top of the page, the team goals at the bottom. 


Here you can modify existing organisational goals. But you can also add a new organisational goal, most steps are the same. 

4. Click on '+ New team goal' to create a new goal. On the right side, a window opens where you can set the following options. 

  • Choose 'Organisational goal' 
  • Give your goal a 'Name'
  • Below 'Description' you can add extra information about the goal
  • Enter a date below 'Available from' and 'Available through' if your organisation uses organisational goals per year or cycle
  • Click on 'Create goal' to save the new goal


Modify existing goals

You can always modify the settings in an existing organisational goal. You can do this by following the steps below.

1. Click on the goal you want to change, on the right side, a window opens

2. Click on the 3 dots

3. Choose 'Edit team goal'
Here you can change the different points, as described above.
