As a manager, you have access to the results of your team(s). You can find the results by clicking on ‘Team’ in the top menu and then selecting Engagement in the left-hand menu. Here, you will find a dashboard where you can view the results for each survey. This article explains how to read the dashboard and analyze the results.
Overall scores, filters and exports
Interpreting scores
The scores in the dashboard range from 0 to 100 and can be interpreted as report card grades. For example, a score of 76 corresponds to a 7.6, and a 63 corresponds to a 6.3. Scores below 65 turn red. This does not mean they are insufficient but helps you quickly identify areas where the most improvement can be made.
The eNPS score is calculated differently and ranges from -100 to +100. A negative eNPS is shown red and a positive eNPS is shown green. In this article, you can read how the eNPS is calculated.
At the top of the dashboard, you will see key scores based on the teams selected in the teams filter By default, all teams you have access to are selected.
- Engagement: Displays the average score of all theme-questions.
- eNPS: Shows the total eNPS score.
- Participation: Indicates the number of employees who completed the survey.
Below this overview, you will find the scores per theme that were assessed. Clicking on one or more themes filters the results accordingly.
Filters and exports
At the top of the dashboard, you can filter results based on teams. When you select a team, the results update to show data for the selected team(s).
You can also view results from previous surveys. At the top of the dashboard, select which survey results you want to view.
You can also export the results to an Excel file, which will include any filters you have applied. In the export, you will see all answers per question, which can be valuable for:
- Reviewing all written comments per question – especially useful when dealing with a large number of responses, as it provides a clear overview.
- Calculating the average score for the eNPS – this adds extra context to your analysis.
Analysing results
You can analyse the results in depth using the various overviews. You can set the overview on the heatmap, per theme, per question, and per answer. Below we explain how to analyse the results per overview.
Results are always displayed anonymously. In this article you can read more about how Dialog ensures anonimity.
