When a user is deleted (either manually or by linking) you have the option to reactivate the account within 30 days.
Below a few short steps on how to manage this.
- Click on 'Management'
- Click on 'Employees'
- Click on the arrow button next to the button 'New employees'
- Choose the option 'Deactivated employees'
- This page lists all deactivated employees.
The date behind the employee indicates when this employee will be completely removed from the database
Reactivating an employee
- Click on the 3 dots behind the employee
- Choose the option 'Activate'
NOTE: always do this within 30 days. After the 30 days the employee will be completely removed from the database. After that no data can be restored!
Deleting an employee completely within 30 days
- Click on the 3 dots behind the employee
- Choose the option 'Delete immediately'
- You will see an extra warning
NOTE: the employee will be completely deleted from the database in 24 hours. After that no data can be restored!
- The date is automatically updated to the date when the employee will be completely deleted
Activating or deleting in bulk - Select all employees by selecting the box in front of the name
- Click on the 'Edit X user(s)' button
- Choose the action 'Activate' or 'Delete immediately'
