How do I use my team dashboard?

Welcome to your new team dashboard! This will be your landing page as a manager in Dialog. Here you will find everything you need to get started quickly.

As a manager in Dialog, you have a central dashboard where you can see at a glance what is going on within your team. This dashboard helps you keep track of ongoing evaluations, personal plans and one-on-ones, so you can take targeted action. One overview for all your outstanding tasks.

1. Your task list: The four tabs

Evaluations

Under this tab, you can see the progress of the evaluation cycles for your employees.

  • Progress bar: You can immediately see how many evaluations still need to be written, approved or completed.
  • Open tasks: Below are the specific actions, such as “Write evaluation for...” or “Write calibration...”. You can also immediately see the deadline for each task.

Personal Plans

Here you can manage the personal plans of your team members.

  • Status overview: See at a glance how many plans are still marked as “Not started”, how many have been finalised and how many have already been approved.
  • Open tasks: Here you can view and approve employees' plans directly.

Feedback

This tab shows all outstanding feedback requests. When colleagues ask you for feedback, they will appear here. If there are no requests, you will see a notification that you are completely up to date.

1:1-meetings

1:1 meetings
Here you can see the planned 1:1 meetings for the coming week. Haven't scheduled any meetings yet? Then you can navigate directly from here to your overview to schedule meetings.

2. Quick actions

On the right-hand side of the dashboard, you will find “Quick actions”. These allow you to start quick tasks immediately, without having to search for them:

  • Add discussion point: Add a topic directly to an upcoming 1:1 meeting.
  • Plan spontaneous evaluation: Schedule a spontaneous evaluation with an employee.
  • Request feedback: Would you like to receive feedback from a colleague? Use this button.
  • Give feedback: Proactively give compliments or suggestions for improvement to a colleague.

Tip: Use the search bar within the tabs (e.g. under Evaluations) to quickly filter for a specific employee if you have a large list of tasks.
