How to manage a position?

1. Click on 'Management'

2. Click on 'Positions'

3. Click on the position title or positiongroup you want to edit

A pop up screen will appear where you can make the following adjustments:

4. Click on 'Link competencies'

5. Add a responsibilities by clicking on '+ Add'

6. Name the responsibility

Optionally, you can give the responsibility an explanation.

7.Click on 'Add'

You can change the name, description and levels of the positions
8. Click on the 3 dots
9. Click on 'Edit'
The screen opens where you can make the changes

10. When you are done editing, click on 'Change position'
