Within Dialog, we have added te roles of 'View reports' and 'View reports (underlying teams)'. These roles enable the user to see the 'Insights' tab and is therefore able to view the various reports and overviews. Read here how you can assign roles to a user.
When you assign the 'View reports' role to a user, then this user will be able to see reports and overviews of that team on the insights page.
When you assign the 'View reports (underlying teams) role to a user, then this user will be able to see reports and overviews of that team and underlying teams on the insights page.
