When you have completed a calibration for your employees, you can always find the results in the calibration report. To do this, follow the following steps:
1. Click on 'Team'
2. Click on 'Evaluations'
3. Click on 'Calibration'
You now see your employees' calibration report. The graph shows the percentage of employees that have a certain score and the circle graph shows if there are still employees for whom you have to fill in the calibration. In the list overview, you can see for which employees you still have to calibrate. You can look for certain employees in the search bar and you can have the overview display the score of each employee. Moreover, when you click on an employee, you can see the given argumentation for the score. When the calibration is still open, you can change the given score or argumentation here.
You can also do the following actions on this page that will affect what you see on this page:
1. Calibration moments: Have there already been several calibrations? Then you can select from which calibration you want to see the report.
2. Team filtering: Do you manage several teams? Then you can filter on certain teams to show only the results of those teams.
3. Change view: the list is displayed per employee by default. You can also sort the list by team, function, or evaluator.
