Once you have completed a calibration for your employees, you can find the results at any time in the calibration report.
How to access the report
Click on 'Team'
Click on 'Evaluations'
Click on 'Calibration'
Overview of the report
You will now see the calibration report for your employees:
Graph: Shows the percentage distribution of the scores you have assigned.
Pie chart: Indicates whether there are still employees for whom you need to complete the calibration.
List view: Displays which employees you are assigned to calibrate and whether you have already completed their evaluation.
Additional features in the list view:
Search: Use the search bar to quickly find a specific employee.
Display scores: Click on the trophy icon above the list to display the score per employee directly in the list.
View & edit details: Click on an employee to view their score and the commentary you provided. If the calibration period is still open, you can adjust the score and explanation as needed.

Customizing your view
You can also perform the following actions on this page to adjust what you see:
Calibration periods: Have there been multiple calibrations? You can select which calibration report you want to view.
Team filtering: Do you manage multiple teams? You can filter by specific teams so that only the results for those teams are displayed.
Change view: By default, the list is displayed per employee. You can also sort the list by team, job title, or evaluator.
Click on the progress button of an employee to see extra context and the option to open the full evaluation.
