In this article, you read how to create a core value.
1. Click on 'Management'
2. Click on 'Competencies'
3. Click on 'New Competency'
4. Select the team to which the core value relates. By default, use the top team (organisation team) here
5. Give the Competence a name. Put the name in brackets [Core value] so that you can immediately see that it is a core value
6. Provide a description (optional)
7. Tick that it is a core value
8. Click ‘Add behaviour’ to add behaviours to the core value if your organisation has elaborated the core values with behavioural examples
9. Click ‘Save competence’ to save the core value
