As an administrator, you can edit an existing competency or core value. In this article you read how to do this.
1. Click on ‘Management’
2. Click on ‘Competencies'
3. Click on the competency or core value you want to edit
4. Click on the 3 dots at the top right
5. Click on ‘Edit competency’
You can make the following adjustments:
6. Adjust the team the competence applies to (this is used for company groups with multiple companies)
7. Adjust the name of the competency
8. Adjust the description
9. Indicate whether it is a core value (core values are shown for all employees, regardless of their position)
10. Adjust the levels if necessary, or add new levels
11. Adjust the behaviours, or add new behaviours
12. Click on ‘Save changes’ when you're done
