It can happen that you have to reauthorize the Nmbrs connection when you see the status 'Failed'. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Click on the tab 'Management'
- Click on 'Integrations'
- Click on the 3 dots and select 'Settings'
- In this screen, click the 'Try again' button
- You will now be redirected to the Nmbrs login page, and after logging in, you can reauthorize here
The integration will then re-synchronize and start working again.
