It is possible to create an integration between Dialog and Youforce. If you have an administrator account for the Visma Development Portal, you have the rights to do this. This manual explains how you can do it.
Note: To set up the integration, your organisation must have access to the Visma App Store, and the API must be subscribed to and configured.
Dialog must first create an invitation code that is valid for 5 days.
Step 1
Go to the Visma App Store via Visma Home.
Step 2
Go to My Apps and click on Use Invitation Code.
Step 3
You will now be directed to the integration page of Dialog.
Make sure the five buttons are set to Enable as shown in the image below. Click on Integrate.
Step 4
Make sure the four buttons are set to Enable as shown in the image below. Click on Integrate.
Step 5
Accept the requested scopes.
Dialog will then receive a message that you have given permission to set up the integration in Dialog. We will proceed with this and coordinate the integration further with your organisation's HR contact person.
