It is possible to create an integration between Dialog and Youforce. To do this, you must have access to the App Store in the Visma Developer Portal and submit a request to Youforce for the configuration of the Youforce Learning API (consultancy request).
This guide explains how to do this.
Dialog must generate an invitation code that is valid for 5 days.
Step 1
Go to the Visma App Store via Visma Home.
Step 2
Go to My Apps and click on Use Invitation Code.
Step 3
In the email you received with this guide, you will find a code. Copy the code from the email, paste it into the field, and search for the application.
Step 4
You will now be taken to the Dialog integration page.
Make sure the 3 switches* are set to “Enable”, as shown in the image below. Then click Integrate.

- Generate and accept the invite code for applications. This scope is needed for approval process within Visma Raet
- Get Basis Learning data like employees & organisation date
- Upload documents to the personal file system, like certificates, diplomas and other relevant documents
Dialog will then receive confirmation that you have granted permission to set up the integration. We will start working on this and coordinate the integration further with the HR contact person in your organisation.
The Youforce consultant will contact you based on the submitted request to further configure the Learning API.
