The Dialog Public API makes it possible to connect Dialog’s people enablement platform to external systems, build integrations, and synchronise data with third-party applications. With this API, you gain programmatic access to your organisation’s data in Dialog, such as users, teams, goals, and evaluations, allowing you to automate processes and easily exchange information.

Step 1
The Data add-on is a paid feature. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to purchase the Data add-on and have it enabled in your environment.
Step 2
If the Data Add-on is enabled in your organisation, you can create a token by following these steps:
- Click on the tab 'Management'
- Click on 'API Tokens'

Click on the button 'Generate token' to create a token
- Give the token a unique name.

Select when the token should expire.
- Click on the button 'Create token'
Note: copy the generated token. Save the token somewhere save. The token won't be visible again. - After copy, you can close the modal. Your token is generated.

Note:
You can create a maximum of 50 tokens.
You can copy a token only once.
Delete unused tokens once you reach the limit.
Only users with the 'super admin' role have permission to generate and manage an API token.
