You are able to export overviews in Dialog to Excel by downloading it as a CSV file. To make make a downloaded CSV file legible in Excel, you have to open it in the following manner:
1. Go to the overview that you want to export to Excel and click on 'Export as CSV'. Now a CSV file of the overview will be downloaded.
2. Open Excel.
3. Click on 'File'.
4. Click on 'Open' en select the downloaded CSV file.
Now a screen opens which has three steps to import the file.
5. At step 1, click on 'Next.
6. At step 2, tick the box which says 'Semicolon' and untick the box which says 'Comma'.
7. At step 3, click on 'Finish'.
