If there are multiple evaluators for an evaluation, you may want to share your evaluation only with the other evaluator. And not (yet) with the employee that you are evaluating. For example, a supervisor may ask a senior employee from the same team as the employee to fill in the evaluation as input for the evaluation interview. This is useful for the manager but not always relevant for the employee.
In this article you find information on how to do this.
Sharing a completed evaluation with an employee
When sending the evaluation
When sending the evaluation, you can share the evaluation with the employee and the other reviewer, or only with the other reviewer. After completing the evaluation, click ‘Send...’.
After clicking send, you will be presented with the following two options:
Select whether you want to send it only to the reviewer(s) or to both the reviewer(s) and the employee, then click 'Send evaluation'.
You can always share the evaluation with the employee later, if you wish. The steps mentioned above work as long as the review has not yet been completed. If the evaluation has already been completed, it works slightly differently.
Sharing a completed evaluation with an employee
If you did not initially want to share your answers with the employee. But have now changed your mind and still want to share your answers after the evaluation has already been completed, you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to the relevant evaluation and click on the 3 dots at the top right
2. Click on ‘Edit evaluation status...’
3. Select the New status ‘Re-open’
4. Click on ‘Edit status’
5. At the bottom of the evaluation, click ‘Complete’
