Completed

An evaluation is 'Completed' when you mark the evaluation as complete (you usually do this after the actual evaluation conversation). When you and the employee have to approve the evaluation, it is marked as complete when you have both done this.

Here you see how many evaluations are fully completed. Click on 'View pending' to see which evaluations are not yet fully completed and which action is still open.

Finding the right evaluations

You can apply filters in this overview so you can find the evaluations you need to see.

  • Have there been several evaluations in the past period?
Then you can filter the report by type of evaluation or by period. Then only the evaluations for the selected type and/or period will be shown. For example if you want to look for a mid or end year evaluation.
  • Do you manage multiple teams?
Then you can filter the report by one or more teams. Then only the evaluations of the employees of those team(s) are shown.
  • Is a final score used in the evaluation?
Then you can display only the final score in the overview by clicking on the ‘cup’.
  • Looking for evaluations of a specific employee?
Use the search bar to find the right person.
