In this article, we explain how to view the status of evaluations for your team.

- Go to Team
- Next, click on Evaluations. You will then be taken directly to the open evaluations.
Here you can choose to show all actions (including actions for employees and co-evaluators) or only the actions you need to perform yourself.
Your Actions
On the left side of the dashboard, you will see the actions you need to complete to finalise evaluations.
- Click on the different statuses to filter the evaluations:
- Write evaluation
- Complete evaluation
- Approve evaluation
Check who has completed the evaluation and take action
- The employee will be highlighted in green if they have already completed the self-evaluation.
- Any other involved parties highlighted in green have already completed the evaluation.
- Click on the action button, such as 'Write evaluation' or 'Complete evaluation,' to open the evaluation.
Completing Evaluations
Once you have filled out an evaluation for your employee, your icon will turn green. When both you and the employee have filled out and submitted the evaluation, you can proceed to the evaluation meeting. During the meeting, you can refer to and discuss the Dialog evaluation form. You also have the option to make adjustments to what you have entered.
You typically complete the evaluation after conducting the evaluation meeting with the employee. To complete this action from the dashboard, first click on 'Complete evaluation' to open the evaluation. Then, in the evaluation form, click on 'Finalise evaluation'.
Approving Evaluations
Do you approve evaluations? Then there is an extra step after you have finalised the evaluation. Once you have finalised the evaluation, both you and the employee can give approval. By clicking 'View & approve', the evaluation opens so you can approve it. Now the evaluation is officially completed.
Actions Required by Others
On the right side of the dashboard, under Employee Status, you will see actions that others need to perform. For example, evaluations that your employees still need to write or approve. This section also includes self-evaluations that you have written, but your manager has not yet reviewed.
- Click on the different statuses to filter the evaluations:
- Write evaluation
- Approve evaluation
Sending Reminders to Employees and Evaluators
Employees whose icons are still gray need to take action on the evaluation. You can prompt these employees to complete their pending actions.
- Click on Send reminder
- In the next screen, you can check who you want to send a reminder to and add an extra message.
The Deadline Has Passed, What Happens Now?
If the evaluation deadline has passed, the date will turn red. Even after this date, the evaluation can still be filled out and/or completed.
If there is no deadline, it is a spontaneous evaluation where it was decided not to set a deadline.
