How can I add an extra reviewer for an evaluation?

As a manager (or internal admin), you can add an additional evaluator to a review. This person is then able to write an evaluation about the employee as well. In this article, you read how to do this.

 

First, go to the employee for whom you want to add an additional evaluator.

1. Click on the 'Evaluations' tab

2. Go to the evaluation where you want to add an extra evaluator

3. Scroll down and click on 'Add reviewer'

4. Choose the person who should write an evaluation about the employee

5. You can then indicate whether this person becomes the final reviewer. The final reviewer is responsible for completing the evaluation

6. Click on 'Add'

You can also remove evaluators here as well.
