The AI Coach in Dialog

AI as an extension of the conversation

Sometimes, a little extra support can help make a good conversation even better. Not by taking over, but by creating space. That’s exactly how we see AI: as a smart assistant, not a replacement for real human connection.

AI can help with structure, offer suggestions, or think along when a conversation becomes challenging. But who’s in charge? People always are. That’s how we ensure that technology supports rather than disrupts.

What does the AI Coach do?

The AI Coach is there to make conversations easier and more valuable. For both managers and employees. Not a complicated tool, but practical help with every step of the conversation.

What can you expect?

  • Suggestions for topics based on previous conversations or current themes
  • Tips for handling difficult discussions in a respectful and clear way
  • Automatic summaries: record your notes, and the AI turns them into a clear report
  • Answers to questions about performance, talent development, engagement, or using Dialog

Technology is clever, but never about itself. It is about making conversations run smoother, land better, and really deliver.

Trust as a foundation: this is how we deal with AI

When you use technology in something as personal as a conversation, it has to be 100% right. That is why we are careful about how AI works and what happens with it:

  • AI offers support but never makes decisions on its own
  • All data stays within the EU and complies with the strictest privacy regulations
  • We do not use conversation data to further train AI models
  • AI-generated results must be explainable and verifiable
  • You always decide what to do with an AI suggestion

Because trust is not earned because you say it is good. You earn it by getting it right visibly, structurally and understandably.
