How can I link my Google Calendar?

By linking your calendar, you can:

  • Automatically have available meeting times suggested
  • Save scheduled appointments directly to your calendar and your manager’s calendar

Linking your Google Calendar

  1. You can do this via your personal profile by following these steps:
  2. Click your name in the top right corner and select ‘Profile’
  3. Scroll down to ‘Links’
  4. Click the ‘Link your calendar’ button
  5. Sign in with your Google account and confirm the link

 

Outlook

Do you use Outlook within your organisation? If so, you don’t need to link your calendar. When your manager invites you or wants to check your availability, we use your email address to add appointments to your calendar or to retrieve your availability.
