Talent Reviews, also called 9-grid, is a process in which employees of an organization are plotted on two or three dimensions. Think of dimensions such as Performance or Potential. Managers complete the Talent Review for the employees they manage. The results of the talent review are then available in a report format.
We fully support this process in Dialog. Talent Reviews can be created for the entire organization or for a selection of teams within the organization.
The Talent Review consists of a number of components:
