In the 9-grid, employee performance and potential are represented by dimensions. The 9-grid always combines a score on the primary and secondary dimension. The tertiary dimension is represented by a coloured bullet on employees' profile photos. Managers and administrators can view the results of completed talent reviews by following the following roadmap:
1. Click on 'Organisation'.
2. Click on 'Talent review'.
Display and filter settings
3. Use this icon to toggle between the grid and table views.
4. Filter between different reviews to see how employees have performed in the past.
5. Filter between different teams; you can select one or more teams.
6. Filter between different roles; you can select one or more roles.
7. Download the talent review in Excel.
Employee settings
8. Click on an individual employee to display any additional information on the right-hand side
9. Click on ‘View profile’ to view the employee's profile
10. Here the dimensions can be updated once more
11. Additional notes can be made in this field, these are also visible to other managers and administrators who have access for the talent review of this employee
Table view
The table view allows the data to be viewed differently. The data in the table can still be filtered by employee, team, evaluator and function.
12. click on the filter to filter by employee, team, evaluator or function
13. click in the filter options on ‘By evaluator’ to gain insight into how far managers are evaluating their employees.
The image below shows the filtering by evaluator. Here you can see per manager how many evaluations they have yet to do.
