How can I use Dialog to schedule conversations with my employees?

In addition to using Dialog to support your conversations, you can also schedule 1-on-1s via the 'Conversations' tab. Here, you’ll quickly see which conversations still need to be scheduled and with which employees. This helps you monitor progress and engage with the right employee at the right time.

Scheduling a conversation:

  1. Click on the 'Conversations' tab under 'Team'
  2. Click the 'Schedule now' button next to the employee you wish to speak with
  3. A pop-up will appear where you can fill in the following details:
    - Guest: the employee is already added here
    - Title: for example, ‘1-on-1 Chris and Tessa’
    - Date, time, and whether the conversation should repeat (and if so, how often)
    - Write a message: you can write a short personal message here, which the employee will receive
  4. Click the 'Schedule & send' button to schedule the conversation
  5. Click the arrow next to the employee to view the scheduled conversation and see when the next one is
  6. Hover over the conversation with your mouse if you wish to edit or delete it

Would you also like to add talking points or conversation notes in advance for this conversation? Click on the date to go directly to the 1-on-1 page for that employee. Keeping track of talking points and conversation notes promotes better collaboration, transparency, engagement, and professional development.
