The Engagement export gives you access to detailed data across multiple levels: by team, function, age group, gender, and more. You can also view scores and open responses per theme and even per individual question. In this article, we explain what each tab of the export contains.
When you filter specific teams in Dialog, these filters are reflected in the export. Only the selected teams will appear, which makes it easier to analyse results for a particular department or team.
If a cell appears empty, this is due to the anonymity threshold that Dialog applies. You can read more about that in the article: How is the anonymity of engagement results ensured?
You can download the export in Dialog as follows:
1. Click on 'Organisation'
2. Click on 'Engagement'
3. Use the team filter to select the teams you want to include in the export (optional)
4. Click on 'Export'
