During an employee survey, you can send a reminder via Dialog at any time. When you do this, all employees who have not yet completed the survey will receive an email to prompt them to fill it out. We recommend sending a reminder at least halfway through the survey and on the (second to) last day of the survey.
Change text reminder e-mail
- Click on the 'Management' tab
- Click on 'Surveys'
- Click on the survey for which you want to send a reminder
- Under the 'Planning' tab, you can edit the subject and email text.
You can customise the text of these reminder emails yourself. To do this, click on the survey and enable the 'Use custom email text' option. Then, edit the subject and content of the email to make it clear that it is a reminder. - Click 'Next' twice, then 'Save' to save your customised text.
Sending a Reminder
Once you have saved the changes, you will return to the overview of all surveys. You can send the reminder by:
- Hovering over the survey with your mouse and clicking on the three dots
- Selecting the option 'Send reminder'
- In the pop-up, click 'Continue', and the reminder will be sent.
