You can now have AI automatically summarise the open (written) answers from an engagement survey. This lets you see at a glance what is going on, without having to read through every answer individually.
What has changed
Previously, you read through all the open answers for each question yourself. Now you can ask Dialog to generate an AI analysis that summarises the key themes and insights from those answers.
How to use it
- Click on 'Organisation' and then 'Engagement'.
- Click on the 'Per question' view to open the results of an engagement survey.
- Click on the AI button.
- The side panel opens on the 'Answers' tab and the analysis is generated automatically.
[Screenshot: answers overview with the AI button highlighted] - While it is generating, you can see that the AI is working. You can stop this by clicking the 'Stop' button. Once the analysis is ready, you will see the summary in an AI card, with the number of answers and the period shown at the bottom. Use the copy button to copy the text in one go.
Good to know
- The AI analysis becomes available once your organisation has switched on the 'AI' setting.
Don't see the AI button and would like to use this feature? Contact your Customer Success Manager or Dialog support to have the 'AI' setting switched on. - The analysis only works when there is at least one open answer. If there are no answers, the AI button is not shown.
